Capital Residence’s Standard rooms come in 4 variations: Single, Twin, Triple and Quad rooms. A selected number are furnished in 2 variations of Single and Twin room. All rooms include a bed, cupboard, and study desk. Capital Residence has a capacity for up to 400 residents.

Security

The Capital Residence building has incorporated multiple levels of security to ensure that students live in a safe environment. The premises are situated in a safe, central location in town.

Location

Capital Residence is located in the heart of Windhoek’s CBD in 72 Werner List Street, Levinson Arcade.

Amenities

Water and electricity, as well as Selective cleaning services, are also included. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire facility.

STANDARD ROOMS

Quad Room – N$2,298/month or N$ 2,199 long-term rates

Triple Room – N$2,850/month or N$ 2,750 long-term rates

Twin Room – N$2,985/month or N$ 2,915 long-term rates

Single Room – N$3,998/month or N$ 3,630 long-term rates

Deposit required: N$1,200.00

FURNISHED ROOMS

Single Room N$4,125/month or N$3,800 long-term rates

Double Room N$3,300/month or N$3,150 long-term rates

Deposit required:  50% of Monthly rate

Water, electricity, Wi-Fi (Limited), 24-hour security, and selective cleaning services are included.
