Terms and Conditions

* A confirmation letter will be sent to all successful applicants * Deposit and breakage deposit needs to be paid upon signature of student * Adherence to COVID 19 regulations * Comply with Rules and Regulations of hostel which will be provided when checking in. * Room number and bed allocation to be provided upon occupation. * Inspection before occupation, on day of vacating as well as on an ad hoc basis. * Access card Key will be issued on day of occupation. * If the access card/ key gets lost/ stolen, student needs to pay for the new access card/ key to be issued. * The student is liable for rent. * Students who fall in arrears will have to vacate the premises within 24 hours. * Disappearing from the hostel without checking out will result in liability for all fees charged.

Refund Policy

* Breakage fee refund to be paid out 60 days after vacating, if approved by Management. *If a Student checks in and then decide to cancel their stay at the Hostel, only 0% will be refunded.
