First City Centre is our newest home in the Windhoek CBD, opening February 2027. It follows the same Namibia Student Accommodation standard: biometric access, 24/7 security, uncapped Wi-Fi and weekly cleaning. Rent includes one Urban Café meal each day. You choose breakfast, lunch or dinner.
