How we use it
Your information is used to assess your application, allocate a room, invoice the correct funder and contact you about your stay. We do not sell personal data.
Document storage
Uploaded documents are stored securely and retained only as long as needed for placement, billing and legal obligations.
Sharing
We share limited information with funders such as NSFAF where you have applied for funded accommodation, and with service providers acting on our instructions.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing stay@nsa.na.
